Mijin Memil Maeul is a restaurant specializing in a variety of buckwheat-based dishes, using buckwheat produced in Korea. Some of its key menu items include memil mulmakguksu (cold buckwheat noodles) and memil bibim makguksu (spicy buckwheat noodles).
