Jangdo Island is an island in Yeosu known for its outstanding coastal landscapes, including cliffed coast and wave-cut cliff. Accessible only when the tide permits, visitors can cross the Jinseom Bridge on foot during low tide. The island boasts beautiful natural features such as sandy beaches and wildflowers native to the southern coast, alongside various art studios created by artists, outdoor sculpture works, and more.

Soho Dongdong Bridge offers a breathtaking night view of the Yeosu night sea, making it a popular night tourist attraction. Visitors can enjoy busking on weekends and take photos at photo zones installed at the bridge. Additionally, Yeosu City Bike are available for rent at the bridge entrance.

Another shooting location for episode 7 of the drama “Not Others,” this is where the characters Jin-hong and Jin-hee have a conversation. Soho Dongdong Bridge, with a 742 m beach promenade, is considered one of the top spots for Yeosu’s night sea views. After sunset, the lighting installed along the deck creates the atmospheric Yeosu night seascape.

⊙ Soho Yacht Marina and Soho Yacht Center (소호요트마리나 / 소호요트경기장)

Soho Yacht Marina & Center is a great place for visitors to enjoy yacht sports competitions such as windsurfing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. When the sun goes down, the LED-lit background with music makes it a great place for a leisurely stroll. Yeosu Dullegil Namparang Trail Course 55, starting from Yeosu Marine Park, ends at the Soho Yacht Marina dock, making it an ideal place for visitors to stop by as the last stop of the trail.

⊙ Gyeongdo Hoegwan Yeocheon Branch (경도회관 여천점)

If entering Gyeongdo Island on a ferry is not an option, you can dine here instead. The restaurant serves the same pike eel dishes as the one served at Gyeongdo Hoegwan Main Branch. It also has private rooms, so this restaurant is ideal if you visit with a group or want to dine in a quiet ambience.

Namhae Saengseon Gui is a well-established restaurant in Yeosu known for its grilled fish dishes. It offers a variety of fresh fish from Namhae grilled to perfection. The signature menu includes a modeum gui (assorted grilled dish) such as cutlassfish, mackerel, and yellow croaker. When you order grilled fish, it comes with a delicious doenjang guk (soybean paste soup) and generous side dishes typical of Jeollanam-do province. Located near Yeosu City Hall and Geobukseon Park.

⊙ Jinmi Kkotgetang (진미꽃게탕)

Jinmi Kkotgetang is a kkotge tang (spicy blue crab stew) specialty restaurant located near Yeosu City Hall. Known for its spicy soup base made with soybean paste, the soup is simmered with fresh blue crabs and octopus, enticing both locals and tourists alike. The blue crabs, caught from the waters of Yeosu, are known for their plump and firm texture, packed with flavor.
