Taejongdae Cliffed Coast was formed by many layers of rock being forced together beneath a lake during the Cretaceous period, and then worn away over time by the sea. The coast features many geological formations, including sea caves and uniquely shaped rocks. Visitors can enjoy walking on the forested paths, or take the train course to easily access Taejongdae Observatory and Yeongdo Coastal Culture Space.

Sarangbang is a grilled seafood restaurant located in Taejongdae. The upstairs has an outdoor seating designed like a food stall. The restaurant also has a three-tiered fish tank on display inside with clams, abalones, and shells, so visitors can see how fresh they are. Various seafood such as clams, scallops, and shrimps are served on a three-tier tray. The ingredients are well prepared and served with instructions on how to eat them. If eating the seafood is not enough, visitors can opt to order Sandeomi Seafood Ramyeon.

Taejongdae Spa is located by the scenic Taejongdae Park. The nearby Yeongdo Island and Bongnaesan Mountain offer a beautiful view of the ocean and the mountains. Yeongdo Lighthouse, first lit in 1906, stands at Taejongdae Park. It houses a maritime library, galleries, an observatory, and a café. From the observatory, on clear days, you can even see as far as the Japanese island of Tsushima Island. At the base of the lighthouse, there’s a sculpture of a woman turned into stone, waiting for her husband who went out to sea. You can reach it by walking from Taejongdae Park or taking the Taejongdae Danubi Train.

The Beach Motel stands on the beach about 8 km from Busan Station. Aside from the five family rooms, all rooms have a sea view. Bread, coffee, and eggs are provided for breakfast, while water and coffee are always available in the first floor lobby. There is a coffee pot in each room, plus bottled water and a microwave on every floor, so guests can prepare a simple meal. A laundry service is provided. Yeongdo Haenyeo Culture Exhibition Hall is a two-story building with meaning and history Haenyeo on display. Haenyeo are women divers that dive for seafood without any equipments. 
The tradition of Haenyeo has become a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. First floor of the building consists Haenyeo seafood store that sells fresh seafood collected by the Haenyeos, while the second floor is an exhibition hall dedicated to Haenyeo.
