ClubD Oasis is a premium spa & water park that spans 30,383 square meters from the third to sixth floors of the LCT, and can accommodate up to 3,500 people. It features an outdoor foot bath offering an expansive view of the sea off Haeundae; a terrace bar where you can experience a premium cabin sauna; the MYGB Spa (stone spa); and various themed jjimjil (Korean sauna) and spa spaces. On the fifth floor, you will find an indoor sauna and Cheongsudang (outdoor spa), a spa brand with a motto of ‘providing relaxing moments in downtown.’ You can use the outdoor spa while wearing a swimsuit and enjoy various beverages at the cafe. Additionally, an infinity pool overlooking the sea facing Haeundae; an indoor water park, including a wave pool; and a food court can be found on the fourth floor.

It is an urban promenade that walks along the coastline using the site of the abandoned Donghae Nambu Line. Among them, the Mipo-Songjeong section is 4.8 km-long, and you can walk in both directions along the beautiful coastal scenery. It is a nationwide photo spot and trekking place where you can see different attractions at a glance.
