MEDIWIN Co., Ltd. is a Seoul-based medical tourism company registered with the Korean government as a foreign-patient facilitator (Registration No. A-2022-01-01-4465).

MEDIWIN coordinates care for international patients in three main areas: serious illness care at university hospitals, stem cell and regenerative medicine, and plastic surgery and aesthetic dermatology.

[Serious illness care at university hospitals]
In 2024, MEDIWIN signed patient-referral agreements with Asan Medical Center, Samsung Medical Center and Seoul St. Mary’s Hospital, and also works with CHA Hospital. MEDIWIN facilitates referrals for cancer treatment, living-donor liver and kidney transplantation, heart surgery, proton therapy, Gamma Knife radiosurgery, blood cancer treatment and bone marrow transplantation, and second opinions. Before travel, MEDIWIN submits the patient’s medical records to the hospital for review; depending on that review, the hospital may provide a written medical opinion and a cost estimate.

[Stem cell and regenerative medicine]
MEDIWIN facilitates treatment for knee articular cartilage defects using an umbilical cord blood-derived stem cell medicinal product approved by Korea’s Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) in 2012. The treatment is provided by orthopedic surgeons at our partner, Gangnam JS Hospital. MEDIWIN also arranges regenerative medicine consultations and wellness programs at Chaum Life Center. MEDIWIN arranges only services permitted under Korean law, and the treating physician decides whether a treatment is appropriate based on the patient’s medical history, imaging such as MRI and X-rays, and clinical evaluation.

[Plastic surgery and aesthetic dermatology]
Our partner clinics in Seoul include SNU Plastic Surgery, HERSHE Plastic Surgery, Zero One Plastic Surgery and Wave Rhinoplasty for plastic surgery, and The Cell Skin, PIND Dermatology, Maylin Cheongdam and Salon de Dr.Tune’s for skin care. MEDIWIN coordinates consultations and procedures such as facial contouring, rhinoplasty and skin treatments.

*MEDIWIN also arranges IVF at CHA Fertility Center Magok and comprehensive health check-ups.

*How we help
MEDIWIN translates and submits medical records, coordinates appointments and medical interpretation, prepares supporting documents for medical visa applications, and arranges accommodation. Medical decisions are made by the treating hospital or clinic. Patients pay the hospital or clinic directly. MEDIWIN has no offices or agents outside Korea.
