Up Square, located on Design Street in Samsan-dong, one of Ulsan’s two busiest streets, is a busy shopping mall where you can see the latest global trends in life, culture, and commercial fashion, at a glance. There are large bookstores, digital albums, stationery stores, coffee shops, clothing, and more on the first basement floor. In addition, there is a kids’ park, so it is good to visit with children. The 2nd to 5th floors are convenient for shopping as you can see various fashion brands such as women’s suits, men’s suits, casual clothing, sportswear, and multi-brand shoe retailers all in one place. On the 5th floor, there is a restaurant area where visitors can try different kinds of food. Solmaru Trail, an “Eco path of Ulsan” that connects the people with Mother Nature, is a 24-kilometer urban circuit walk that starts from Seonam Lake Park and connects to Sinseonsan Mountain, Daegongwonsan Mountain, Munsu International Archery Range, Solmaru Haneul Road, Samhosan Mountain and Namsan Mountain. Climbing up to Sinseonjeong Pavilion on top of Sinseonsan Mountain, visitors can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of Seonam Lake Park. The Daegongwonsan Mountain section features a gradual incline through a thick pine tree forest and is easily accessible as the route is connected to the city.
